It has been accepted that a recount probably will not change the results of the Primary, but there is a lot of doubt about the reliability of the Diebold machines. And how secure they are. But CNN is too busy talking about nonsense.

Far be it from me to pick nits but I don&#039;t think the opinion of one Italian journalist can be said to be representative of all European press. His is also the only report I have read to date that implies rigging. The main bone of contention seems to be the unreliability of the machines themselves. It&#039;s a stretch at best for him to imply chicanery.</description>
