Great pic, it's good to see people that you still keep in touch with the people you once worked with. Tell Denise, (Rene) to lose the cigerette, that is one nasty habit, lol!!! By the way, Jesse, you still look good.

I grew up watching K-9 cop after school! I absolutely loved the show, and tried to train our golden retriever/german shepherd pup to be like Rinny. :-)

I just wanted to say thanks, and throw in my support for releasing a DVD of the seasons. I would definitely buy it!

Thanks for your message, Casey.

I'm not aware of any plans for a DVD of the show; to be frank, I'm not even sure who currently owns the rights to it. Filming was predominantly in Toronto, Canada, although for a couple of seasons (2 and 3, I think) we spent part of the year shooting in Paris, France. The exterior of the house was in a great Toronto neighbourhood called Kensington Market, and except for Season 1, the interior was in a studio.

Hi
I grew up watching this on TV when it aired. Do you Know if there any plans for it to reair or for a DVD? Do you still keep in touch with some of the cast and crew that did the show?
Where was Rin Tin TinK-9 cops filmed and where or was Hank Katts house a real house or a set?
I would like to track down the old shows. I found the one on youtube. But I know there are more out there. Were they put in the trash after so many years?.. Thank you for your time

I have a quick question. There is an episode of Katts and Dog that you sing and play the guitar in. I was wondering (if you remember this) if you have ever sung professionaly - you had a GREAT voice in the song - and if the song you sang was an actual song, or one made up for the show. I think the episode was "Friendly Persuasion" in Season 3.

Thanks so much for the compliments! We had a great time making the show — I remember those days very fondly. It's always nice to hear from someone who has rediscovered it.

Merry Christmas!

Wow!!! Over the past three weeks, I've been taking a trip down memory lane. I remember watching Rin Tin Tin K9 Cop when I was a kid. I vaguely remembered Season 1, and was surprised to see I had only watched a handfull of the episodes. I've watched every You Tube episode available twice since re-discovering it. I must admit that I LOVE the Uncle/nephew-turn-father/son relationship on this show. This is so special - no bad language, no nudity...just good ol' family entertainment! Thank you to you and all the actors/actresses he brought us this show for five seasons. I hope this show comes out on DVD so that we can ALL enjoy the "missing" episodes...

I just wanted to tell you that I think you and allt he others did an EXCELLENT job both with the domestic scenes, and the on-the-job scenes...and that was sure one AMAZING dog!

Thank you for geting back to me. I been trying for the last couple of weeks sending email to place to track down the old shows and see if they would put them to DVD. I used to watch The Black Stallion that aired right around the same time as K-9. I have that on DVD.

So I have not heard much from my emails yet. I hoping I will. And hey I saw your picture that you posted here on you web site and Denise still looks the same. But thank you for getting back to me. You still have fans out there. From what I can see from other post online..
