		<description>If nothing else, I miss the glitzy production numbers that Bill Crystal did as an homage to glitzy production numbers.

They seemed to think that Stewart&#039;s wit would be a suitable replacement for old Hollywood razzle dazzle.

I think the rabbits should create an Academy Awards in 30 seconds.</description>

		<description>If it weren&#039;t for the parade of fashion that still characterizes the Oscars it sure wouldn&#039;t seem like much of a celebration anymore. Might almost be able to hand them out online and skip the broadcast.
Thought it was a safe and somewhat subdued event last night. Would almost be nice to see a producer opt for a retro production number to start off next year&#039;s show. Might be risky, but I think the stars &amp; the audience still expect it to be like New Years Eve or the Grad Prom. They want a little bit of...no, make that a lot of,  tux renting, gown revealing show biz glitz to hang their industry on once a year.</description>
